Our programs unites training with on-the-job practice to strengthen learning and enable lasting improvement leaps. The program runs for 3-6 months and combines learning labs with practical assignments and driving real change.

Each program consists of 5-7 Learning Labs (4-hour sessions) that run every second week.

The power of training programs
While one- or two-day courses can be engaging, they often result in a burst of motivation followed by a return to old habits. Tools and frameworks may feel useful in the moment, but without time to apply them, they are quickly forgotten.
That is why our training programs combine theory with on-the-job learning.
Experiential learning
Research shows that when incorporating experiential learning, far more knowledge “sticks”. In our programs, practical application starts immediately.
You will use the concepts, tools, and ways of working directly in your day-to-day work from the very first session.

Driving actual change
Participants select and define their own challenge, and drive that change in their team and organisation throughout the program.
The rhythm of learn → apply → reflect → adjust ensures that insights turn into habits—and that the change you make during the program actually sticks.
Sustainable pace
Instead of powering through three to four full days of courses, leaving students overwhelmed and exhausted, the program is partitioned into Learning Labs spread over 3-5 months. This allows ample time for reflection, practical experience and integration of new skills and knowledge.
A safe community of learners
The program offers participants a safe environment where we try new things, share thoughts and experiences and support each other in our growth and learning. We build a community of learners lasting far beyond the end of the program.
Partner with Active Agile Leadership
The programs are offered in close collaboration with Active Agile Leadership, a training and knowledge platform.
This means that all training courses has been field-tested and reviewed to ensure they adhere to established standards.

Program Structure


Learning Labs
The themes and topics of a program are partitioned into Learning Labs. Each half-day session (~4 hours) is paced every 2nd week. A program starts with a shorter startup workshop and ends with a closing and evaluation session.

Highly interactive sessions
Mix of theory, discussions, exercises, simulations and breakout groups. Some sessions might have pre-reads or pre-watch.

Practical Assignments
Between sessions, participants complete practical assignments (homework) that connect the course material to real challenges in their own organisation.

Learning Buddy
Each participant is paired up with a Learning Buddy, someone who will be their learning partner and with whom they will check in between labs, supporting each other in homework assignments and offering peer-to-peer coaching.

Access to mentoring and coaching
Each participant can reach out to the trainer(s) for help with driving their change challenge by scheduling mentoring and coaching video calls.

Onsite or Remote
We can conduct the training both physically, onsite at a venue of your choice, or remotely via video and digital collaboration tools such as Miro.

Toolbox
Throughout the program, participants will gain a growing toolbox of cheat sheets, checklists, materials, and templates.
