Product work has never been more demanding.
Today’s product leaders are expected to navigate constant change, increasing complexity, competing stakeholder agendas, evolving delivery models and now the fast evolution of AI. The role has expanded far beyond backlogs and roadmaps. Yet many product managers, owners, and influencers are still expected to “figure it out as they go,” with little structured support to develop their craft to the next level.
This program is designed for experienced product professionals who want to sharpen their impact, not just learn more frameworks.
The course follows the real lifecycle of product work: from fundamentals of leadership and flow, through strategy and discovery, into delivery, learning, and continuous improvement. Ending with concrete ways to use AI to enhance your effectiveness as a product professional.
Program Structure

This program is delivered through five half-day sessions spread over ten weeks. This format is deliberately chosen because it creates real, lasting change and not just short-term inspiration.
While one- or two-day courses can be engaging, they often result in a burst of motivation followed by a return to old habits. Tools and frameworks may feel useful in the moment, but without time to apply them, they are quickly forgotten.
In this program, application starts immediately. You will use the concepts, tools, and ways of working directly in your day-to-day product environment from the very first session. Between each session, participants complete practical assignments that connect the course material to real challenges in their own organisation.
This rhythm of learn → apply → reflect → adjust ensures that insights turn into habits—and that the change you make during the program actually sticks.
Why learn from us?
We are product leaders with deep, hands-on experience in Product Management and how it has evolved over the last 15 years. We know how to succeed and build great products, but equally important, we’ve led where things went wrong, where incentives clashed, structures resisted, and good intentions failed. We know where the bodies are buried and how to change course.
