Snowdrop booster cards

Snowdrop proudly presents playable decks with booster cards for learning, improving and running exercises or drive change in a fun way. Cards are to be used in meetings, and they have different themes. Here you can find additional instructions, tips and tricks, and instruction videos for some of the exercises.

Sizing games

Games to play when you want to size work, slice big deliverables or agree upon the order of work.

A little effort in estimation helps a lot. These cars offer a fun way to flush out complexity and details that maybe would no have emerged unless you tap into the team’s collective intelligence.

Retrospective techniques

Retrospective is the most important technique to drive continuous improvement. Get inspiration and increase engagement in your team by using alternative formats for generating ideas and various decision techniques for selecting what to focus on.

   

The deck also includes the 4+3+2+1 Team Success Factors, and the Team Health Check cards offer a holistic perspective when discussing how to improve as a team.

Have some fun on your break

🎯 Plump (Oh Hell)

  • Each player gets a number of cards (varies per round). One card is turned to set trump.
  • Before playing, each player predicts how many tricks they will win.
  • Players must follow suit if possible; highest card (or trump) wins the trick.
  • You score points only if you make your exact bid.
  • Game continues over multiple rounds; highest total score wins.

🂡 Four-Hand Whist (4 players)

  • Play in fixed partnerships (2 vs 2), sitting opposite each other.
  • Deal all cards (13 each). The last card determines the trump suit.
  • Players must follow suit if possible; otherwise, they may play any card.
  • Highest card in the lead suit wins, unless a trump is played.
  • Each trick won counts as 1 point. First team to the agreed score wins.

♠️ Texas Hold’em Poker

  • Each player gets 2 private cards. Five community cards are placed on the table.
  • Players build the best 5-card hand using any combination of their cards and the community cards.
  • Betting happens in rounds: pre-flop, flop (3 cards), turn (4th), river (5th).
  • Players can fold, call, or raise during betting.
  • The best hand at showdown wins the pot (or last player remaining).
