The Advanced Team Coach program is aimed at Scrum Masters, Team Leads, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers. It gives them the tools to build high-performance teams, and, even more importantly, the capability to continuously improve beyond the starting recipe.
After the webinar, if you choose to sign up for the train-the-trainer class, you will learn how to teach the topics and how to facilitate all the exercises. You will also get access to all material which you are allowed to adopt according to your style and needs.
The actual TTT class is two days, on week apart. The 27th of May and the 3rd of June.
The teacher of the program have run it 8 times with very happy customers. So happy in fact that many of them have run the program multiple times!
