Karin has passion for helping organisations to develop and improve their overall system where team and leaders operate, with focus on efficient product development. With over a decade of experience as Agile Coach and more than 10 years as a manager in product development, she combines her insights from those roles to explore new opportunities for improvements together with the client. She initiates and leads change management initiatives and coaches leaders to embrace servant leadership and to foster a culture of trust in the working environment.
She believes in agile values and the culture they create in a working environment, but she’s pragmatic and works closely with the individuals to develop the way of working best fitted for the company, the product and the teams.
Currently Karin is focusing on helping an organisation to transition from tactical fixes to systemic change and to improve-cross-team coordination, decision clarity, and organisational effectiveness.
